Heir to the nation’s third largest print company, Quad/Graphics, Harry Richard Quadracci filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in West Palm Beach earlier this week.
The filing, which is incomplete and was done without the aid of an attorney, lists between $10 million and $50 million in assets along with $1 million to $10 million in debts. Only one of the 49 creditors listed was named, 3920 Parks, Corp of New York.
A source close to Quadracci claims the 3920 Parks refers to the heirs residence in New York City.
Quadracci’s inheritance is currently tied up in probate. Also according to the source, he has the assets and does wish to “dispense with his debts.”
